Do you offer refunds?
Under normal circumstances we do not offer refunds. If you find a full priced item from our store isn't fitting quite right, we are more than happy to offer an exchange by issuing you a store credit via email to the value of your swimwear, this does not include original shipping charges.
How soon do I get store credit?
Once your items are inspected by the returns team, you'll get your store credit notification via email typically within 3 business days.
Are there any shipping costs?
Yes, standard shipping rates apply to all orders.
Can I still change my order?

How can I track my order?
As soon as your order is shipped we will send you a track & trace code by mail. This way you can track your order.
Keep in mind that it can take up to 48 hours before the track & trace is available. Can't track your package after 48h? Please send us an email to zettii.llc@gmail.com and we will contact the shipping company.
